NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-000361-CA-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Indenture Trustee for CSMC Trust 2014-CIM1 Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2014-CIM1, Plaintiff and Richard Carey are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on August 25, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
WEST 1/2 OF TRACT 48, OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF OAKWOOD ACRES, KNOWN AS THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, THE NORTH 25 FEET THEREOF, BEING SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
