NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Cancelling and Resetting Foreclosure Sale, entered in this action on the 18th day of July, 2016, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph. D., Clerk of Court for Pasco County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on August 24, 2016 at 11:00 A.M., the following described property:
Lot 9, Block 5, Grand Oaks Phase 2, Units 1 and 2, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 1 of the public records of Pasco County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Grand Oaks community at 25801 Bloomsbury Court, Land O' Lakes, FL 34639 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
