NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I entered in the above styled Case Number 2016 CA 000641 NC, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota, Florida, that the Clerk of Court for Sarasota County will sell the following real property, in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Unit 13, VILLAGE OAKS, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1670, Page 1791 through 1853, inclusive, and subsequent amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 22, Page 20 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

at public sale after having first given notice as require by section 45.031, Florida Statutes, as follows:

The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
