NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 18, 2016, by the above entitled Court in the above styled cause, the Clerk of Court or any of her duly authorized deputies, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
The East 33 feet of Lot 16, and the West 40 feet of Lot 17, in Block 2 of BLANTON LAKE PARK according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 16, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. LESS AND EXCEPT the South 5 feet thereof for road right of way.
in an online sale to the highest and best bidder for cash on September 8, 2016, beginning at 11:00 a.m., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, subject to all ad valorem taxes and assessments for the real property described above.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
