NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2009-CA-006946-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM XIV TRUST, Plaintiff, and CARBONE, ANGELO, et. al., are Defendants, clerk Paula S. O'Neal, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 31st day of August, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 63, PALM TERRACE ESTATES UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
