YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following described property:
Unit 103, THE LANDINGS SOUTH VI, PHASE II, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 2001, Page 2561, et seq., and amendments thereto, and as per Plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 26, Pages 50, 50A through 50G, inclusive, and amendments thereto, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Plaintiff's attorney, Kelly M. Fernandez, Esq., Persson & Cohen, P.A., 6853 Energy Ct., Lakewood Ranch, Florida 34240 on or before thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff s attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
