NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2016, entered in Case No. 2014 CA 000439 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOMURA ASSET ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-AR3 is the Plaintiff and Elisabeth H Arguelles A/K/A Elisabeth Arguelles; Peter Arguelles; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Gerald J Snyder; Ford Motor Credit Company, LLC; Unknown Tenant #1 In Possession Of The Property ; Unknown Tenant #2 In Possession Of The Property are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 12th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK A, BAHIA VISTA HIGHLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 128 AND 129, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
