Vath, Teresa Marie Vath aka Teresa Marie Desabia aka Teresa D. Vath, Indymac Bank Fsb, Villa Rosa Homeowners Association , Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 15th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
