NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 12, 2016, and entered in 15-CA-010885 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RAQUEL SOUTO, DECEASED.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; MIRIAM AGUILA A/K/A MIRIAM SOUTO AGUILA; SUSAN GARCIA; DAISY HEIMAN A/K/A DAISY SOUTO HEIMAN are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 13, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1 AND THE EAST 30 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK 32, MAP OF MACFARLANE PARK, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 82 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
