NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 17, 2016, entered in Case No. 14-CA-012219 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as successor in interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as Trustee for C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-CB8 is the Plaintiff and Chantel L. Leblanc; Unknown Spouse of Chantel L. Leblanc; Christopher V. Field are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 19th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 22, NORTHDALE SECTION B, UNIT NO. 6, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
