NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2016, entered in Case No. 12-CA-017214 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely asTrustee for the PrimeStar-H Fund I Trust is the Plaintiff and Marie G. Montreuil; Unknown Spouse of Marie G. Montreuil; Brandon Traces Home Owners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 19th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, BLOCK 2, BRANDON TRACES, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
