NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 12, 2016 entered in Case No. 15-CA-006695 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Floyd Grasty a/k/a Floyd Grasty, Jr.; Cindy Lacey; The Unknown Spouse of Floyd Grasty a/k/a Floyd Grasty; The Unknown Spouse of Cindy Lacey; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, or Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees or Other Claimants; United States of America on Behalf of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 16th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK G, PRESIDENTIAL MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
