LOT 19, BLOCK 3, DEL RIO ESTATES UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 89, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
