NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 17, 2016, entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-011157 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE NETWORK, INC. is the Plaintiff and SHADAB ANWAR; SHAISTA PERWEEN; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; VICTORIA TERRACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 The Names Being Fictitious To Account For Parties In Possession are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 19th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 9, BUILDING 12, VICTORIA TERRACE, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4451, PAGE 418 AND PHASING AMENDMENT FOR PHASE II RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4492, PAGE 1750 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 54, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
