NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 13, 2016, and entered in 13-004805-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-AR6 is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH V. BUONIELLO; DALIA I. BUONIELLO; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION ; HARBOUR WATCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A POINTE ALEXIS NORTH HOMEOWNERS, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 13, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
