LOT 1, BLOCK 1, BAY VISTA PARK REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 53 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 6900 MARTIN LUTHER KING JR ST S, ST PETERSBURG, FL 33705; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on September 2, 2016 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
