NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 1, 2016, entered in Case No. 15-007880-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Donna E Brown A/K/A Donna Brown; The Unknown Spouse Of Donna E Brown A/K/A Donna Brown; The Unknown Heirs,Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, Or Other Claimants Claiming By, Through,Under, Or Against Cynthia L. Mitchell, Deceased; Brian M Mitchell A/K/A Brian Mitchell, As An Heir Of The Estate Of Cynthia L. Mitchell, Deceased; Brian M Mitchell A/K/A Bryan Mitchell, As Co-Personal Representative Of The Estate Of Cynthia L. Mitchell, Deceased; Patricia A Mitchell, As Co-Personal Representative Of The Estate Of Cynthia L. Mitchell, Deceased; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Lake Forest Condominium Association Of Pinellas County, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 15th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NUMBER 4403, BUILDING 44, PHASE 8, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF LAKE FOREST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 84, PAGES 56 THROUGH 62, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED MAY 28, 1985 IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 6000, PAGES 1082 THROUGH 1163, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
