YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
THE CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 2, OF THE MEADOWS CONDOMINIUM UNIT ONE AT EAST LAKE WOODLANDS, A CONDOMINIUM, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. 5747, PAGE 1490 THROUGH 1560, INCLUSIVE, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 77, PAGES 61 THROUGH 72, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
