NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 02, 2016, and entered in 14-008052-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-QA8 is the Plaintiff and CARLYE C. SIMEONE; STEPHEN J. SIMEONE ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR MORTGAGEIT, INC. ; THE FOUNTAINS AT CYPRESS LAKES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 13, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
