NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 31, 2016, and entered in Case No. 12-006772-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NA, is Plaintiff, and KRISTA L. LIPE A/K/A KRISTA LEIGH LIPE A/K/A KRISTA L. THOMASON A/K/A KRISTA LEIGH THOMASON, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 31 day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 16, Block E, of CORRECTED PLAT OF THE CLEARWATER IMPROVEMENT CO. PLAZA PARK ADDITION, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 53 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
