NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset the Foreclosure Sale dated May 17, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-011502-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and ORESENDE, DEBRA, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on July 6, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
