Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Consent Judgment for Plaintiff, entered in the above-styled cause on May 2, 2016, and Amended Consent Judgment for Plaintiff, entered in the above-styled cause on May 23, 2016, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, the Clerk of Charlotte County will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, described as:

Lot 21, Block 16, PRAIRIE CREEK PARK, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13 at Pages 33A through 33S, in the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
The street address of which is 5750 Cypress Grove Circle, Punta Gorda, Florida 33982.
at a Public Sale, the Clerk shall sell the property to the highest bidder, for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on August 31, 2016, at 11:00 a.m.. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
