NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 1, 2016 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 24, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 14001798CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST, Plaintiff, and JAMES BAGGOTT A/K/A JAMES L. BAGGOTT; DONNA E. BAGGOTT, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 11 day of August, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 1774, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 52, ASUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 66A THROUGH 66F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
