Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on June 15, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described real property:
Lot 2, Block 5307, First Replat Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 96, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 52A, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
Commonly Known As: 20009 Chalkleaf Court, Port Charlotte, Florida 33952
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the County Court of Charlotte County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 15-0377CC, Oak Hollow Property Owners Association, Inc., Plaintiff vs. Dorothy E. Graham, Defendant.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
