NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2015, and entered in Case No. 412012CA004610 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST, is the Plaintiff and CLARA JASMINE BARBIERI, C/O ANDRE KEITH SANDERS, ESQ.; BARRINGTON RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION; are defendants, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.manatee.realforeclose.com. in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00 am on the 30th day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
