NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9th, 2016, and entered in Case No. 53-2016-CA-000342 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4, is the Plaintiff and Bank of America, N.A., Dennett F. Blue, Jr, Theresa Blue, Bank Of America, N.A., are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 23rd day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 40, THE LAKES II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 88, PAGES 32 AND 33, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
