Wilder as an Heir of the Estate of Carolyn Warren Payne a/k/a Carolyn W. Payne a/k/a Carolyn L. Payne deceased, Nancy Kaye Payne aka Nancy K. Payne as an Heir of the Estate of Carolyn Warren Payne a/k/a Carolyn W. Payne a/k/a Carolyn L. Payne deceased, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Carolyn Warren Payne a/k/a Carolyn W. Payne a/k/a Carolyn L. Payne deceased, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 23rd day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
