NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of May 2016 and in Case No. 2014CA-004904-0000-00, of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-EMX9 is the Plaintiff and ELIZABETH FIGUEROA RODRIGUEZ A/K/A ELIZABETH FIGUEROA A/K/A ELIZABETH F. RODRIGUEZ; ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC.; POINCIANA VILLAGE THREE ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANTONIO JUAN TORRES FIGUEROA A/K/A ANTONIO JUAN FIGUEROA; JASMIN TORRES-FIGUEROA A/K/A JAZMIN TORRES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUAN A. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com at, 10:00 AM on the 28th day of June 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 690, OF POINCIANA NEIGHBORHOOD 5 NORTH VILLAGE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, AT PAGE 27, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
