NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 17, 2015 in Civil Case No. 11-2013-CA-001723-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and GARY L. GREENWAY; DR. MARA GREENWAY AKA TAMARA P. GREENWAY; WELLS FARGO BANK NA AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK NA; ANGLERS COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Naples, FL 34112 on June 20, 2016 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 405 BUILDING NO. F, PHASE II, OF ANGLERS COVER, A CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, AT PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE PRO-RATE INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, MORE PARTICULARLY DELINEATED AND IDENTIFIED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF ANGLERS COVER, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 956, AT PAGES 189 THROUGH 255, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AS AMENDED. ALSO EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE RESERVED PARKING SPACE UNDER UNIT #F-203.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
