Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 17, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 932, KEY ROYAL, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3514, PAGES 1481 THROUGH 1630, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE PARKING SPACE NUMBER 468.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on June 20, 2016, beginning at 11:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
