NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 2, 2016, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-02556 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006-HY12, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2006-HY12 is the Plaintiff and Yves Cazimir; Marie Cazimir; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM. on the 20 day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, COL-LEE-CO GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
