Unit 8403, OLÉ AT LELY RESORT, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 4270 Page 615, and subsequent amendments thereto, in the public records of Collier County, Florida.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Business Law Group, P.A., Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 301 W. Platt Street, #375, Tampa, FL 33606 within 30 days of first publication and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
