F/K/A ONEWEST BANK N.A. is the Plaintiff and RICHARD J. MORAN, JR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD J. MORAN, JR. N/K/A LINDA MORAN; PATRICIA H. DAVIS A/K/A PATRICIA A. DAVIS, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE RICHARD J. MORAN, SR. REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST UNDER AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 29, 2000 ; MICHAEL F. MORAN; PATRICIA H. DAVIS A/K/A PATRICIA A.
