NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2016, and entered in 58-2015-CA-003985 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST HORIZON ALTERNATIVE MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2005-AA6 is the Plaintiff and PAUL V. ROLLO, TRUSTEE OF THE PAUL V. ROLLO TRUST DATED JULY 15, 2008; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAUL V. ROLLO N/K/A LYNDA D ROLLO; PAUL V. ROLLO; ENGLEWOOD ISLES IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on July 22, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
