NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an Order on Uniform Final Amended Judgment, dated May 16th, 2016, and entered in this case of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein Garry J. Marino, Katherine P. Marino, Lexinton Oaks of Pascoe County Homeowners Association, Inc., and Space Coast Credit Union, as successors in interest to Eastern Financial Florida Credit Union, are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on July 07, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
