NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28th, 2016, and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-007476 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Carrollwood Preserve Homeowner's Association, Inc., Marisa A Maira, Peter A. Maira, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association successor in interest to Wachovia Bank National Association, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
