NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 14, 2016, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-001230 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS TRUSTEE FOR CIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-1, is Plaintiff, and ANTHONY R. RIZZA, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 06 day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 193, OF LAKESIDE TRACT B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGE 23 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
