NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of In Rem Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 29, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-004584 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and IVONNE SUAREZ, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 24th day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, Block 11, HERITAGE ISLES PHASE 1D, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 87, Page 4, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Property Address: 18124 SANDY POINTE DRIVE, TAMPA, FLORIDA 33647
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
