BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and E & G INVESTMENTS, LLC, A/K/A E AND G INVESTMENTS LLC; SHABAN TERZIU; MIRELA TERZIU; BEDII S. OKAY; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A EILEEN M. WESTFALL; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A ALAN J. WESTFALL; are Defendants.
