NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment in favor of Plaintiff, Westchase Community Association, Inc., entered in this action on the 16th day of May, 2016, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com , on July 8, 2016 at 10:00 A.M., the following described property:
Lot 56, Block 2, WESTCHASE SECTION “225”, “227” AND “229”, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 74, Pages 14, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Westchase community at 11849 Derbyshire Drive, Tampa, Florida 33626 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
