NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24, 2016, and entered in 10-CA-019144 DIV K of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PROVIDENT FUNDING ASSOCIATES, L.P. is the Plaintiff and PAUL E. OLLIFF; CATHY MORRIS OLLIFF are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 28, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

PARCEL 2: THE NORTH 158.29 FEET OF THE SOUTH 663.29 FEET OF THE WEST 260 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH RANGE 22 EAST; SUBJECT TO EXISTING ROAD RIGHT OF WAY ON THE WEST SIDE AND NORTH SIDE THEREOF.
