NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17, 2016, and entered in 14-CA-007023 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and MARGARET A. FEAZELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARGARET A. FEAZELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SCOTT G. FEAZELL N/K/A KRISTEN FEAZELL; SCOTT G. FEAZELL; BEACHWALK AT TAMPA BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 21, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 11-206, IN BUILDING 6, OF BEACHWALK CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED 05/03/2005 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14953, PAGE 1630, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS SUCH DECLARATION MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME.
Property Address: 4311 BAYSIDE VILLAGE DR APT 206, TAMPA, FL 33615.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
