NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2016, and entered in 11-CA-011079 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-8 is the Plaintiff and CHERYL C. SMITH; WILLIAM A. SMITH; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. MIN NO. 100015700052976780; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; SAM ALLEN OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 12, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
