AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and MIRLINE EMILE; MARIE EMILE A/K/A MARIE JOHANE EMILE are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 28, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 1, KINGSWAY DOWNS UNIT THREE ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48 PAGE 68 OF THE PUBLC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 3506 KING RICHARD COURT, SEFFNER, FL 33584.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
