NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 9, 2016 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-001016, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and LINDA N.C. NAVICKY A/K/A LINDA NAVICKY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

ALL THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE CITY OF PLANT CITY IN THE COUNTY OF HILLSBOROUGH AND STATE OF FLORIDA AND BEING DESCRIBED IN A DEED DATED 12/03/2001 AND RECORDED 12/12/2003 IN BOOK 11266 PAGE 1984 AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF THE COUNTY AND STATE SET FORTH ABOVE AND REFERENCED AS FOLLOWS: LOT 1, BLOCK F, SUBDIVISION MORRELL PARK 1ST ADDITION, PLAT BOOK 32, PLAT PAGE 28, RECORDED DATE 02/18/1955
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
