(REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST)
IN RE:
GEORGE JOSEPH TARSITANO TRUST AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 28, 2000, RESTATED AS OF JANUARY 20, 2016
TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST THE ABOVE TRUST:
You are hereby notified that George Joseph Tarsitano, the Grantor of the George Joseph Tarsitano Trust Agreement dated September 28, 2000, Restated as of January 20, 2016, died on March 10, 2016, a resident of Pinellas County, Florida. The name and address of the Trustee serving at the time or as the result of the Grantor's death, and the attorney for the Trustee, are set forth below.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the decedent or his trust and other persons having claims or demands against the decedent or his trust on whom a copy of this Notice is served within three (3) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice, must file their claims with the Trustee, whose name appears below, WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OF THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the decedent or his trust, must file their claims with the Trustee, whose name appears below, by any form of mail requiring a signed receipt, WITHIN THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
