NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 10, 2016 in Civil Case No. 15-000422-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein DITECH FINANCIAL LLC F/K/A GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff and SONIA S. KRAMPITZ AKA SONIA KRAMPITZ, CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A KEVIN SAMUEL, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 N/K/A TERESA GATHERS, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 24TH day of June, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 91, Wildwood, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 17 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
