NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 10, 2016 in Civil Case No. 52-2015-CA-007471 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-CH5, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CH5 is Plaintiff and CHARISSE MCGREW A/K/A CHARRISE T. MCGREW, WHISPER WOOD TOWNHOMES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 NKA TONJA REID, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 24TH day of June, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 8, BUILDING NO. 10, OF WHISPER WOOD TOWNHOMES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 39, PAGE 1, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
