NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 10, 2016 in Civil Case No. 52-2015-CA-008138 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein FINANCE OF AMERICA REVERSE LLC is Plaintiff and RICHARD GILLETT, RODNEY PAUL GILLETT, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE ESTATE OF NORINE PURGASON, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, ANITA EDWARDS AKA ANITA LOUISE EDWARDS AKA ANITA LOUISE TRUESDELL AKA ANITA LOUISE MARVIN AKA ANITA LOUISE GILLETT, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANITA EDWARDS AKA ANITA LOUISE EDWARDS AKA ANITA LOUISE TRUESDELL AKA ANITA LOUISE MARVIN AKA ANITA LOUISE GILLETT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RODNEY PAUL GILLETT, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 24TH day of June, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 12, Block A, Glass Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 68, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the South 1/2 of vacated alley lying North of and adjacent to said Lot 12.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
