NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 26th, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-009090-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Suntrust Mortgage, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Ryan L. Sanders, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 24th day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
